In a pint glass, add spirits & mixers (through lavender honey syrup)
Fill with ice & shake vigorously for 30 seconds
Fine strain into a champagne glass
Top with sparkling wine
Garnish with a lemon twist
*To make lavender syrup; combine 1 cup water, 1 cup honey and 1 1/2 teaspoons dried lavender in a saucepan and heat to a boil, stir until honey is dissolved, set aside to cool and fine strain to remove dried lavender
