Cocktail Recipes – Rhubarb Tart

Ingredients
  • 1 oz Aviation American Gin
  • 1 oz Freshly pressed lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz Rhubarb jam syrup*
  • 2 oz Sparkling wine
Preparation
  1. In a pint glass, add spirits & mixers (through rhubarb jam syrup)
  2. Fill with ice & shake vigorously for 30 seconds
  3. Fine strain into a champagne flute
  4. Top with sparkling wine
  5. Garnish with a raspberry
  6. *To make rhubarb jam syrup; combine equal parts rhubarb jam to heated water and stir until jam is dissolved, strain and let cool
