Summer is a great time for berry picking, beach-going, and BBQing. It’s the time of year when we all enjoy those light, refreshing, and fruity cocktails, but sometimes you need something a bit more savory. What, you ask, could you possibly add to a cocktail to make it savory AND refreshing? Pickle juice, of course! We give you the Pickled Gin Cocktail. A surprisingly delicious cocktail that’ll satisfy your pickle cravings and delight your BBQ guests for years to come.
- 1 1/2 oz Aviation American Gin
- 1/4 oz Dill pickle juice
- 1/4 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1/4 oz Lime juice
- 1/4 oz Simple syrup
- Pour ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake until well blended
- Pour over ice into a bucket glass
- Garnish with a pickle chip
